Criteria for Selection of Teacher Training

1. High proficiency in English in all skills
2. Enthusiasm for teaching and for English
3. At least 5 years of English teaching experience
4. Graduate of a teachers college
5. Familiarity with English teaching at all levels -- primary, lower-secondary and upper-secondary, e.g., knowledge of program requirements, textbooks, curricula, exams and methods
6. Recommended by a headmaster
7. Familiarity with village teaching conditions
8. Interested in training others
9. Commitment to provide PD for the entire year

1. Experience abroad
2. Taught by native English speaker
3. Outgoing personality
